Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Responsible for formulating and executing the company’s strategy, Kauntheya has been at helm of all key strategic initiatives at iHorse ever since its inception. He was the architect of the new organization, started in 2007, formulating strategic directions and driving towards the same. Under his leadership, iHorse has added new business lines like BPO, Design Studio, Infrastructure services, Web research and Medihorse.
Through his experience in having involved in start-ups and a variety of marketing experience, he builds and grows new businesses and nurtures long-term relationships.
Kauntheya holds a Master in Business Administration with Computer Science Background. Prior to iHorse, he has launched three start ups in the international market.
Beyond the office, Kauntheya is a passionate painter and an avid sports buff.
PresidentDaniel brings a wide range of qualification to the company. He is an accomplished business builder with extensive success as CIO, COO and General Manager in diverse industries. Known as a ‘Technology Guru’, an innovator who leads system development initiatives that improve operational efficiency and contribute to product enhancement and market expansion. Hands-on with P&L responsibility, strategic in designing/implementing major projects, entrepreneurial in exploring growth opportunities, creative in establishing channel partnerships, collaborative in coaching/guiding both clients and associates to higher performance. A proven revenue generator and customer advocate.
A career focused on elevating enterprise value: selling, developing and implementing solutions for clients around the world in start up, high growth and turnaround situations. Significant experience in the manufacturing and supply chain distribution sectors – applied in a wide variety of vertical industry markets.
Managing DirectorBetter known as ‘Thiru’, he has been involved in myriad aspects of the Company’s operations and growth. A well efficient and very innovative web strategist. He has placed iHorse at its helm in the web space. His success stories are numerous. iHorse is another feather in his cap.
A MBA degree holder with Computer Science Background, today Thiru is guiding iHorse to its pinnacle in the web space. Thiru has played a major role in diversifying iHorse into different online businesses.
Chief Technology OfficerWith over eighteen years of Software experience, and a significant majority of them in management positions, Saravanan is the driving force at iHorse providing technology direction to the organization and clients. Saravanan has spent a major part of his career with HP at different levels. During his tenure with HP, Saravanan has managed very large projects for fortune 500 companies across the globe.

Known as ‘Thamiz’, With over twelve years of IT experience, he is an advocate of processes and oversees implementation of processes and their betterment in all aspects of iHorse operations.
His focus has been on improving employee engagement, increasing competitiveness and increasing the depth of services.
Thamiz has worked extensively in Insurance, Retail and Healthcare domains for international clients and holds a Master of Business Administration degree with engineering in Mechanical discipline. Prior to joining iHorse, Thamiz has spent over 11 years at TCS at different levels.
